For cotton items: please consider to choose also a bigger size due the natural shrinkage of the cotton fabric after the first wash.
The size chart (size / height) for training Hakama shown here is the standard japanese size chart for men. In Japan, Hakama for women, are suggested up to two sizes more than indicated in this table, according to the different proportions of  hip and waist.
Anyway, the hakama sizes differ mainly about the height of the person and the lenght of the Hakama, because the lenght of the Himo (belt) is adjustable.
